 Serious changes are to be made.(Concerning all leaders)

Evening Ladies and Gentleman,
Past events have forced many decisions to be made. Our clan is beginning to lose the caliber we once had in the past. The name, =|HF|= actually stood for something. The Hellfighters. We were once an ever growing empire and us as owners and leaders were in control and were able to keep things at hand.
However, an unfortunate thing has occurred. Us as owners and leaders, are losing control! We are unable to rectify the situation. Us as owners and leaders, need to be more of a visible and more reachable force, it almost seems as if we are unreachable by each other. It takes a long time for us to communicate about things that need to be done in the clan! Things are slowly starting to get out of control and deteriorate. We need to take back the power! We need to help support each other and start rebuilding, which we can't do without each other. Using teamwork. Matter of fact, lets bring it back to the old days, start rebuilding as a family. Family, the once core value of =|HF|= Never really mattered how good each other was, It was concentrated on building each other up as a person and as a player, and fore most a player to represent us, the HellFighters.
So this is what needs to be done. We need to all meet up as leaders and owners on MSN or some other form it be , team speak or what else. At least Once a week or if that cant be done at least once every 2 weeks which is roughly twice a month. I ask as a friend and an HF that we come together and do this! Please respond owners and leaders, with times that will suit your schedule so we can talk. And the best time will be voted on. Please... I ask this from you guys...my bros..
